What’s the return/exchange policy? 

This wasn’t as funny/cute/comfortable as it thought it’d be.

We can't accept returns at this time unless there is a product defect.

Yeah, we’ve been keeping our therapist busy, too. But not about the hats. 

To make sure it’s same, same for you: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We know that we can’t be everything for everybody, but we are committed to quality and consistency.

What’s your shipping policy?

Okay, look. Here’s the thing. Normally it takes us ages to get to the post office and we don’t know the last time we had stamps and that birthday card? It’s 3 years later, still sitting in the back of the desk drawer... 

BUT, for YOU, once we receive your order we start working on it right away.

  • Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from date shipped, but may take longer due to various factors outside of our control.

  • Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and destination.

  • We currently cannot fulfill and ship orders to P.O. Box addresses.

We offer Free Economy Shipping on order over $50+ in 6-12 business days and $5.99 for anything less than that. 

Yeah, we know, we could have just started with that.

Oh, also, because it’s Charleston, we also offer “porch pick up” at our downtown location and personal delivery. We may be around at local events and can meet you there. Send us an email and we’ll make it work. 

P.S. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on US national holidays. Because we like balance and are probably at the beach.

Did my order get stuck in traffic on the crosstown? It’s missing!

We know these limited runs are popular so check with your neighbor/roommate/cousin/sister friend before you get upset with us, please. For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the carrier or shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
